Starting a K-pop blog or any blog for that matter can be both exciting and overwhelming. When I initially started Tsuvi blog, my main goal was to create a space where fellow K-pop fans could find helpful business tips, especially for those wanting to turn their love for K-pop into something profitable. But over time, Tsuvi blog kind of expanded into various topics, concert guides, merch recommendations, Korean dramas, K-pop experiences, and even personal reflections.
For the past few months, we've been focusing more on K-pop tips and concert-related content since that’s what many of you have been asking about. But if there’s one thing I’ve learned from running a blog, it’s that consistency is key. It’s easy to feel discouraged when your blog doesn’t gain immediate traction. A post I wrote back in 2023 is only just now starting to get traction. That’s why I always advise new bloggers to keep pushing forward, even when it feels like no one is reading.
Another thing I quickly realized is that blogging can be a lot to handle, especially when trying to balance content planning, writing, engagement and running a small business and life. That’s why I eventually opened up the Tsuvi Blog Platform to guest writers, and since then, I’ve had the pleasure of featuring some amazing posts from fellow K-pop fans. If you’re interested in blogging but don’t feel ready to start your own site, becoming a guest writer can be a great way to dip your toes into the blogging world. It allows you to test your writing, get feedback, and see what kind of stories resonate with readers, without the pressure of running a whole platform. There are many Blog Platforms with differing topics & genres offering guest writers too.

Blogging takes time, effort, and patience. I know firsthand how discouraging it can be when your posts don’t immediately get traction or readers. But just because no one is reading today doesn’t mean no one will read tomorrow.
If you’re struggling to stay motivated, remember that blogging should be fun. Write about what you love, experiment with different topics, and engage with your readers. The more consistent you are, the more your blog will grow.
And if you’re not ready to run a full blog, guest writing might be the way to go. Writing for an existing platform can help you gain experience, receive feedback, and understand what kind of content readers enjoy. It’s a great way to test the waters before diving into your own blog.
