Order Processing
• We ship from the United States and process all orders within 2 - 5 business days (Mon–Fri), excluding weekends and holidays. Shipping to major cities is usually faster than rural areas.
• Most items ship with tracking, while flat items like stickers and photocards may ship untracked if selected. Carriers used include USPS, UPS, and FedEx depending on package size and destination.
• Preorders & Custom Items: Please allow 2 - 5 weeks for production and dispatch. If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, they’ll ship together unless arranged otherwise.
• Address Reminder: Please double check your shipping details. We aren’t responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect addresses. If an order is returned for this reason, you’ll be responsible for reshipment fees.
• International Shipping: Yes, we ship worldwide. Buyers are responsible for any customs fees or taxes.
